Birute Regine
A developmental psychologist and psychotherapist for twenty-five years, Birute earned her Masters and Doctorate in Education in Human Development at Harvard Graduate School of Education. There she collaborated with the psychologist Carol Gilligan and served as a project director at the Harvard Project on the Development of Girls and the Psychology of Women. In addition she was a visiting scholar at the Center for Research on Women at Wellesley College and an affiliate of the Stone Center.
She co-authored the highly acclaimed book "The Soul at Work: Embracing Complexity Science for Business Success (Simon & Schuster, 2000) with science writer Roger Lewin which applies complexity science to the business world.
Birute is also an accomplished international public speaker who speaks on feminine power, women as catalysts of societal transformation, and facilitates workshops that connect women to their strength and power.
Birute is married to author Roger Lewin, has a son Romas, a Captain in the United States Army, and a married daughter Rasa, who works for OxfamAmerica.

Pamela Gilberd
After graduating from Northwestern Univeristy, Pamela Gilberd has had multiple careers: a Pan Am purser and instructor; a third grade teacher; a commercial model; a TV/radio host; and a businesswoman who ran her own division of an outdoor funiture manufacturing company. Gilberd has published three books: The Eleven Commandments of Wildly Successful Women (Macmillan Spectrum, 1996), The Twelfth Commandment of Wildly Succesful Women (Chandler House Press, 1999), Leadership Secrets of Elizabeth I (Persius Books, 2000), and a forth book, For Better, For Worse and During Remodeling, is seeking a publisher. Her current book project is What Wildly Successful Women Want You To Know.
Gilberd has written and consulted for the Wall Street Journal, New York Post, San Francisco Chronicle and Examiner, Los Angeles Times, Seattle Times, Toronto Sun and for magazines including Mandemoiselle, Glamour, Ladies Home Journal, Cosmopolitan, Executive Female and National Business Woman. She has lectured to professional groups of women and men across the United States and in Australia and Switzerland.
Gilberd and her husband have raised six children in a blended family and resides in California.
